New Personally Identifying Information Standards go into effect on September 15, 2017. Beginning September 15th, the National Consumer Assistance Plan will additionally require social security numbers and dates-of-birth (DOB) for all tenants. If full social security number is not available, full DOB will be required by credit reporting agencies (CRA).
